Wireless Sales Managers

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead a retail sales team in selling wireless phones, accessories and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment.

As a member of the leadership team, you must meet the following requirements:

• 1 year of management/related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
• Computer literate
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college course work preferred
• A proven track record in commission-based retail sales is highly desired
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Ability to recruit, hire and train sales associate team to drive sales.
• Implement and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure the optimum sales experience for customers
